In 2003-2004 three committee were formed of women & men in the shekha bigha, pehani under manpur block. These committee, are running successfully in the villages. These member meet once in a week and try to resolve their problems. They are assist by v-o. Janyoday viksahparishad who also try to provided loan/small industry through women committee secretary to enquire of needed person and make them a ware of training relates matters .these women have become role models for others they are governing villages successfully & are planning for development

  • *          Respecting the rights of those who are responsible for the child (Article 3/2 and Article 5).
  • *          The use of children to sell drugs, to steal and to commit offences is probably, an apt example of the situation .Much of it is linked to corruption within national systems and some law enforcement authorities colluding with criminal elements.

Sociocultural factors such as the deliberate neglect of female children work against the superior biological capacity of the female child to survive. The socio cultural milieu is such that women are not expected to brother about their own health.
  • *          Two major policies which across out of this conviction were labour (Prohibition & Regulation) act 1986. and the National policy on education 1986.
  • *          The right to childhood means the right to be free from working at a tender age .Article 21 of the constitution encompasses her right to her body, he right to her mind, her right to childhood, and her right to a family and a home.
  • *          Collection of water fuels (wood), house hold chores and taking care of younger siblings all constitute important elements of a child's life.
  • *          Article 45 of the directive principles of state policy of the constitution guarantees free and compulsory education to all till they complete the age of 14 years.
